Every piece is made for you after you order it, never mass-produced and never left over. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in real life, and small variations in print placement are part of what makes each made-to-order piece its own. Each product page has a size guide; please check it before ordering.

When you complete checkout, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and us is formed when that confirmation is sent. Please check the confirmation and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product was listed with an obviously incorrect price or can no longer be produced, we will tell you and refund everything you paid.

Prices are set in euros. If you browse in another currency, the converted amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Prices include VAT for deliveries within the EU. Shipping is free.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Checkout is provided by Shopify. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay (availability can vary by country). Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are handled by Shopify's payment processing; we never see or store your full card number.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after that. We ship worldwide. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

As a consumer you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on items returned unworn and unwashed. How both work, including the model withdrawal form, is explained in the Refund Policy.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, under consumer law. These rights last at least two years from delivery for customers in the EU, and they do not depend on our voluntary promises. Wear and tear, and damage caused by washing against the care instructions, are not defects.

Please tell us within a reasonable time after you notice a problem. Under Finnish law, notice given within two months of noticing it is always in time. The quickest route is to email jouriandco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo.

All designs, including the floral map of Palestine, are original works by Jouri & Co. and are protected by copyright. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the designs.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, to the extent the law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If we can't resolve a complaint together:

• Consumers in Finland can get free help from the Consumer Advisory Services and can take the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
• Consumers in other EU countries, Iceland and Norway can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
• You can also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are available in English.
