Refund Policy

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives. You don't need to give a reason.

Every piece is made to order, but our designs aren't personalised to you, so this right applies to all our products.

To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days are up: email jouriandco@outlook.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. It is enough to send your message before the deadline.

On top of the legal right, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We refund the price of the returned items.

The original shipping cost is refunded only under the legal right of withdrawal, that is within the first 14 days. This guarantee is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Email jouriandco@outlook.com with your order number and the items you are returning. We'll confirm and answer any questions.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, well packed and with your order number inside.
3. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. You pay the cost of returning items that aren't damaged or faulty.

Please send returns only to the address above, so we can take care of them quickly. Because every piece is made to order, we can't swap sizes directly. Return the item and place a new order for the size you need.

• We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the items back, or until you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever happens first.
• Under the right of withdrawal, we refund the item price and, if you return the whole order, the original standard shipping cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the extra is not refunded.
• You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check it (for example worn outside or washed), we may deduct that loss in value from the refund.
• Refunds are free of charge. How quickly the money appears on your statement depends on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email jouriandco@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

You can use this form, but you don't have to. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.
